Acceptable forms of identification are:

*Driver license or ID card issued by a US State

*United States Passport

*Foreign passport if stamped by US Customs

*Mexican or Canadian driver license

*US Military identification card (the CAC ,Common Access Card, is not acceptable)
 

Identification must be current or issued within the last 5 years and contain:

a photo, physical description, signature and serial number.

Not acceptable forms of ID:

Birth certificates, expired licenses, Social Security cards and credit cards (even those with photos) are NOT acceptable forms of identification. Please be prepared with proper ID.
